Marketing Lead 

Role Overview:

Join us as the Head of Marketing and lead the charge in enhancing the market positioning and brand awareness of us. Your role will involve developing and executing innovative branding strategies to elevate our presence in the market. You’ll spearhead the gathering and analysis of market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition and refine our value proposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead branding strategies to enhance AI CERTs market positioning and brand awareness. 
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence on buyers, competition, and value proposition. 
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team and set clear objectives and KPIs for team members. 
  • Oversee various marketing channels, including search, social media, content, webinars and implement SEO optimization strategies. 
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and customer-centric promotions. 
  • Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting, and optimization. 
  • Create compelling product messaging to differentiate AI CERTs in the market. 
  • Streamline demand generation operations and manage omni-channel programs. 
  • Architect and roll-out demand generation programs, including ABM strategies. 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in channel marketing and building a marketing function from scratch, with a primary focus on branding. 
  • Strong people and team management skills. 
  • Proven revenue-driven experience with actionable buyer journey plans. 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and Martech stack. 
  • Understanding of data management, CRM systems, and lead scoring. 
  • Expertise in SEO optimization, Google Analytics, and social media tracking. 
  • Experience in the training industry is advantageous.
