Stephen Pullum suggested I look at a special course from AI CERTs® called RSAIF MOSAIC (Responsible and Secure AI for the Future MOSAIC Framework) whose mission is to advance the development of responsible and secure AI practices among cybersecurity professionals. 🎯 There's a small handful of people who have taken this globally (3) 🎯 MOSAIC represents the architecture of this framework which integrates "Model Outcomes, Standard Approaches, and Integrated Controls." 📌 The framework comprises 150 unique elements 📌32 Approaches: High-level strategies to guide organizations in implementing secure and compliant AI practices. 📌63 Components: Practical building blocks like tools, processes, and systems that bring this framework to life. 📌55 Outcomes: Measurable results that ensure accountability and transparency with organizational goals and societal expectations. 💡 7 critical domains - Governance, Risk Management, Oversight, Security, Privacy, Legal and Trust. Security is the biggest focus and the cornerstone. Together, these domains create a robust foundation for building Responsible and Secure AI systems. I’m excited to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Responsible AI Principles (AI+ Ethics) from AI CERTs®! AI is accelerating globally and the regulatory environment is rapidly evolving. In Europe, the EU AI Act is being rolled out in phases. Across the Middle East and Africa, AI is a national policy and new governance policies are being implemented. In the United States and Canada, federal agencies and regulators are updating guidance and closely examining AI-related disclosures. All this goes to say that responsible AI is no longer optional – it is a business imperative. AI without governance isn’t innovation, it’s a risk that affects customer trust, brand reputation, and regulatory compliance.
