Under her leadership, the company has helped technical service organizations worldwide improve field and remote customer engagement, collecting real-time feedback in over 30 languages. A mastered Industrial Engineer, Bredeson also draws from her prior roles at Deloitte, General Electric, and Xerox, where she built deep expertise in service quality, delivery, and operations excellence.
