Matt Gimovsky currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel in the Alternative Assets Valuation Advisory at Kroll, providing legal counsel for the development of novel digital products and complex financial services engagements. With active-duty experience in the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps, Matt specializes in administrative law and trial defense. Previous roles include General Counsel at Gray Space Strategies, Senior Corporate Counsel at Kroll focusing on Governance and Risk Advisory, and Contracts and Supply Chain Advisor at Raytheon Technologies. Matt’s legal journey also includes positions as Associate Attorney at Walker, Murphy & Nelson, LLP, and Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP, as well as clerking for the Hon. Albert J. Matricciani, Jr., at the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. An alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School with a focus on cybersecurity, Matt earned a law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a BA in political science from the University of Rochester.
