Ard Zeqiri specializes in Artificial Intelligence and leads initiatives that move AI from concept to measurable enterprise impact. As Director of the Technical Academy at LEORON Professional Development Institute, he leads strategic technical learning initiatives and contributes to key internal innovation and capability-development programs across advanced technology domains. A CAIP-certified AI practitioner, he designs AI strategies, learning programs, and adoption roadmaps grounded in responsible AI practices and aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Management System) and ISO/IEC 23894 (AI Risk Management). He enables organizations to identify high-value GenAI and ML use cases, establish repeatable model lifecycles, and track outcomes so AI delivers sustained value rather than isolated pilots. His work also aligns with ISO/IEC 22989 (concepts and terminology), ISO/IEC 5338 (AI engineering lifecycle), and ISO/IEC 24028 (trustworthiness) to ensure governance, controls, and assurance are embedded from day one. At the Technical Academy, Zeqiri architects and delivers AI curricula, capability-building bootcamps, and hands-on labs that translate complex AI topics into practical skills for business and technical audiences. He establishes assurance mechanisms—policy, process, and metrics—to ensure AI solutions remain safe, secure, and compliant, while partnering with stakeholders to operationalize MLOps practices, evaluate model risk, and embed human-in-the-loop oversight. In parallel with his industry work, he also contributes to academia as a Professor at South East European University (SEEU), where he teaches and mentors students in areas related to computer science, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies, bridging academic research with practical industry applications. Zeqiri holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and an MBA, complemented by industry certifications including CAIP and multiple awards for excellence. Additional qualifications—such as Lean Six Sigma and leadership credentials—support a disciplined, standards-aligned delivery approach. In addition to his leadership role at LEORON and his academic engagement at SEEU, he serves as an Advisory Board Member at AI CERTs, contributing strategic guidance on responsible AI adoption, certification frameworks, and global AI capability development. He is dedicated to advancing ISO-aligned, responsible AI that delivers measurable value and builds trust, enabling organizations to scale AI with clarity, governance, and sustained impact beyond the pilot stage.
