Gujarat AI Action Plan 2025–2030 Unveiled

Gujarat has formally approved the Gujarat AI action plan for 2025–2030 to embed artificial intelligence across governance and public services. Announced by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel at the annual Chintan Shibir, the plan reflects the state’s commitment to digital empowerment and smart governance aligned with the vision of Viksit Gujarat@2047

The Gujarat AI action plan will serve as a time-bound blueprint integrating AI into healthcare, education, agriculture, fintech, and more. It aims to transform citizen services, welfare schemes, and decision-making with data-driven insights and seamless technology deployment.

1. Data Governance

Establishing a secure, interoperable AI data ecosystem in compliance with national standards to drive decision intelligence.

Ensuring responsible AI adoption with ethical frameworks, citizen trust mechanisms, and governance oversight.
